By defeating Penrith in the Thunder Conference final at the SCG on Sunday, Sydney University reached the Kingsgrove Sports T20 grand final for the fourth time and earned a place in the inaugural national T20 competition to be played in Adelaide later this season (on 5 and 6 March). Congratulations to Sutherland on its win in a hard-fought grand final.
