When he reached 34 against Western Suburbs on Saturday Nick Larkin became the fourth batsman (after Greg Mail, Ian Moran and Ed Cowan) to score 5000 First Grade runs for Sydney University.  His innings of 51 was his 34th half-century in First Grade (including 10 centuries).

Ben Trevor-Jones passed 1500 runs for the club during his innings of 48 against Western Suburbs in First Grade.

Tim Cummins (43), Ryan McElduff (34) and Joe Kershaw (25 not out) each hit his highest First Grade score for Sydney University in their stubborn rearguard action against Western Suburbs on Saturday.

During their unbroken partnership against Western Suburbs, Steve Hobson passed fifty for the thirteenth time in Second Grade, and Jack Holloway passed fifty for the second time in Second Grade.

Lewis Bedford made his debut in Second Grade against Western Suburbs.

Matt Powys (91) and Jim Ryan (45) each hit his highest Third Grade score against Western Suburbs.

Tom Fullerton made his Third Grade debut against Western Suburbs.

It was a memorable day for Fourth Grade captain AJ Grant against Western Suburbs: his 101 not out was his second century for the club, and he passed 3000 runs for the club in the process.

Brayden Dilley’s 76 against Western Suburbs was his highest score in Fourth Grade.

There were Fourth Grade debuts for Hugh Farrow, Hayden Storey and Shehan Canagasingham against Western Suburbs.

Alex Bell’s 50 not out against Western Suburbs is his second Fifth Grade fifty.

In Metropolitan Cup against University of NSW, Prasan Adikarige, Ashwin Kirubanandan (who scored 59) and Tom Derrick made their club debuts, and Jazz Rinka (49) hit his highest score for the club.
