Tom Rogers, fast-bowling spearhead of last season's First Grade premiership side, made his first-class debut for Tasmania against Queensland last weekend.  In a low-scoring game, his first-innings 36 was a vital contribution.  he collected his first wickets in Queensland's first innings, dismissing Mark Steketee and Luke Feldman in taking 2-40.

Joe Kershaw has been selected for his first Futures League match.  He will turn out for ACT/NSW Country in the game against Western Australia in Perth, commencing today.

When he dismissed NSW representative Arjun Nair lbw in the match against Hawkesbury on Saturday,  Ben Joy collected his 100th wicket in First Grade.

Lawrence Neil-Smith's outstanding form against Hawkesbury was rewarded by his best bowling analysis in Second Grade (4-37).  His six wickets in the match (also a career-best in Seconds) made him the club's leading wicket-taker so far this season, with 17.

Ash Cowan's first scoring stroke in Third Grade's extraordinary tie with Hawkesbury took him past 5500 runs for the club.  He is only the 15th player in the club's history to reach that milestone.
